Any Athens County resident whose family income falls below certain minimums is eligible to receive food aid. Current income guidelines are shown on the form at our Get Help page.
Residents need to self-certify their income and show proof that they live in Athens county. We currently distribute food at the Job and Family Services Center outside Chauncey, and have periodic distributions in communities via our “On the Road” program.
